Paid Media
Paid media management in Boca Raton, FL
Money leaves your ad account today whether the campaigns are set up well or not.
In this order
Tracking first. Then structure. Then creative.
Not a preference. Optimising against a broken signal spends more, faster, in the wrong direction.
- 01
Audit the signal
Conversions firing on page load, duplicate tags, forms never wired. It fails more than it passes.
- 02
Rebuild the account
Budgets set on what a customer is worth. Audiences that are not bidding against each other.
- 03
Test one variable
Enough volume to mean something, and a landing page built for the ad that sent them.
- 04
Reconcile monthly
Platform numbers against your books, with the size of the gap stated.
The number that never matches
Why the platform and your accounts disagree, and which to believe
Platforms count assisted and view-through conversions generously. Browsers delete a share of the signal outright. The same customer gets claimed by search, social and email at once. Server-side tracking recovers part of it, never all.
Know the size of the gap.

What it costs
What moves the number.
Management is priced monthly and separately from your media spend. What sets it:
- How much you spend
- Below roughly $1,500 a month in media there is not enough data to optimise on.
- How many channels
- Each platform is a separate build, audit and creative set.
- How much creative is needed
- Testing consumes creative faster than most people expect.
- The state of your tracking
- Clean gets you live in about two weeks. Broken adds a rebuild first.
Your ad accounts stay in your name. Campaigns built inside an agency’s own account are a hostage, and it is worth asking every agency you talk to.
How paid media runs
Four stages, in this order, for a reason.
- 01
Measure
Audit the tracking before anything is spent against it.
- 02
Structure
Rebuild campaigns, budgets, audiences and exclusions.
- 03
Launch
Live in about fourteen days when tracking is already clean.
- 04
Optimise
Toward a stable cost per acquisition, usually sixty to ninety days.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call, which is to say without the parts that only sound good.
What should I budget?
Below roughly $1,500 a month in media spend there is not enough data for the platforms to optimise on, so results stay noisy and expensive. That is a floor for the spend itself, separate from management.
Why do the platform numbers not match my books?
Platforms count assisted and view-through conversions generously, browsers block a share of tracking, and multiple channels claim the same customer. Server-side tracking recovers part of it, never all. We reconcile monthly and tell you the size of the gap.
How fast can we be live?
About fourteen days from kickoff if your tracking is already clean. If it is not, the rebuild comes first, because spending against a broken signal is worse than not spending.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Everything is built in accounts in your name with us granted access. Campaigns built inside an agency’s own account cannot leave with you, and that is the point of doing it that way.
What is a realistic cost per lead?
It depends entirely on your market, your margin and what a customer is worth over their lifetime. Anyone quoting a number before seeing those is guessing, and the guess is usually optimistic.
Can you guarantee a return on ad spend?
No. We will tell you what the account needs to hit for the maths to work for you, and report against it honestly every month, including the months it does not.

Find out what paid media would actually be worth to you.
You get a written read on where the money is leaking and what to do first, ordered by what it would be worth. If the answer is that this is not your bottleneck, it will say that instead.
- A written document, not a sales deck
- Ordered by expected value, not by what we sell
- Yours to keep and act on with anyone
