Web & Development
Web design and development in Boca Raton, FL
You already paid someone for a website. It is not bringing you work. That is the conversation.
The inspection
What a rebuild involves
Four stages. The first decides whether the other three are worth doing.
FINDING 01
Audit before design
Where people land, where they leave, and which single leak costs the most.
FINDING 02
Build to a weight budget
Page weight agreed before the first line of code, not apologised for after.
FINDING 03
Accessible from component one
Real contrast, keyboard operation, labelled inputs. Retrofitting costs several times more.
FINDING 04
Map every URL
Old addresses redirected before launch. Skipping this is how redesigns lose years of traffic.
The part most agencies skip
A redesign that changes the visuals and not the funnel changes nothing
You can spend twenty thousand dollars, get a much better looking site, and generate exactly the same number of enquiries. It happens when the brief was “make it modern” and nobody agreed what the site was supposed to make happen. So we agree that first, and wire the tracking before launch.
One primary action per page.
What you actually get.
- Technical and behavioural audit
- What you have, what it costs you, ranked
- Design and build
- Designed for phone, not shrunk to it
- Core Web Vitals budget
- Set before the build, verified on real hardware after
- WCAG AA accessibility
- Contrast, keyboard, labelled inputs, semantic structure
- Redirect mapping
- Every old URL routed to its replacement before launch
- Handover
- You own the code, the domain and every account
What it costs
What moves the number.
Builds are quoted per project. Two things move the number more than anything else, and neither is page count.
- How much is genuinely new
- Rebuilding on a sound foundation costs a fraction of starting over.
- Whether the content exists
- Content and approvals set the timeline, not development.
- What has to connect to it
- Booking, CRM, inventory or payments each add real integration work.
- What happens after launch
- A build can end at launch or continue as iteration. Priced differently.
We quote after the audit. A number given before anyone has looked at your site is a guess with a decimal point.
How web design and development runs
Four stages, in this order, for a reason.
- 01
Audit
One week. Whether a rebuild is even the right answer.
- 02
Structure
Sitemap and the primary action per page, agreed in writing.
- 03
Build
Against the performance and accessibility budget set at the start.
- 04
Launch
Redirects mapped, tracking verified, then iteration on the data.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call, which is to say without the parts that only sound good.
How long does a build take?
Four to ten weeks for most sites. The variable is almost never development time. It is how fast content and approvals come back from your side.
Do I own the site when it is finished?
Yes. The code, the domain and every account are yours and stay in your name. If any agency hedges on this question, that is the answer.
What happens to my rankings when the site changes?
Handled properly, nothing: every existing URL is mapped and redirected before launch. Handled badly, this is the most common way a redesign quietly loses years of traffic.
Can you work with the site I already have?
Often, and it is usually cheaper. Whether it is worth it depends on the platform and the state of the code underneath. The audit answers that before you commit.
What does "accessible" actually mean here?
WCAG AA. Real contrast ratios, full keyboard operation, labelled form inputs, and a semantic structure a screen reader can navigate. It is a legal exposure question in the US, not only an ethical one.
Will it be fast?
That is a budget we set at the start and verify on real hardware before launch, not a claim we make afterwards. This site is built the same way, so you can test the claim on the page you are reading.
Free growth audit
Find out what web design and development would actually be worth to you.
You get a written read on where the money is leaking and what to do first, ordered by what it would be worth. If the answer is that this is not your bottleneck, it will say that instead.
- A written document, not a sales deck
- Ordered by expected value, not by what we sell
- Yours to keep and act on with anyone
